Ok guys so I'm planning to cut my hair in shaggy style like Pink.?

I think it looks COOL... you should do it!!! And you should get some pink streaks of color - seriously - that would make me so jealous.

Ok guys so I'm planning to cut my hair in shaggy style like Pink.?

Ok guys so I'm planning to cut my hair in shaggy style like Pink.?

it's nice but i wouldn't choose that personally bc it would look bad on me but it looks good on you probably my sis would like her hair is like that exept it is darker like a dirty blonde

Ok guys so I'm planning to cut my hair in shaggy style like Pink.?

I'm against.......even though it's really cute. If you or a hair dresser cuts it sloppy, it'll take forever for it to grow back. Hair extensions are bad for your hair.

Ok guys so I'm planning to cut my hair in shaggy style like Pink.?

I am looking for a kindof "punk" hair dye idea.something with pink in my bangs, but not ove

I am looking for a kindof "punk" hair dye idea.something with pink in my bangs, but not overdoing it, anything?

hottopic. putting the pink on the tips of your bangs lightly, and maybe some underneath will look cute.

Will a pink streak look ok in my hair?

i have brown hair and it will be right under my ear, and you will only see it when i pull my hair up...should i bleach it too?

Will a pink streak look ok in my hair?

Yup, bleach it and make sure its thick enough or it won't be noticeable enough.

Will a pink streak look ok in my hair?

i dunno it might not look too good but it depends on what shade of brown hair you have pink loooks good in light brown hair but i dont think it would look good in dark good luck

Best way to color hair pink?

I have dirty blonde hair and want to put pink in it. mabe just the tips or the under layer idk what would look best. it cant be permanent cause i have to have natural looking hair for some skool stuff. any ideas on what would be best?

Best way to color hair pink?

This late in the game, if you want the pink to look good, you'll probably have to wait til next summer or dye over it when school starts.

What you could also do is just put the pink on your tips and have it really bright and then just cut it off when school starts.

Bleach the tips [you can get hair bleach from Hot Topic of Sally Beauty Supply] and leave it in for only a bit. You should use a purple toner to get alot of the yellow/brassiness out.

Then, put in the pink for about 15 minutes [you can get pink dye, again, at Hot Topic or Sally's Beauty supply] then wash out with COLD water.

Viola, pink tips.

Best way to color hair pink?

IF you want hair PINK bleach your hair (even if its blonde)and it wont take long since your alreay blonde.

When it coems to dying over bleach/blonde hair (when you put colors liek pinks/reds/pruples/blues) it sorta like staining your hair.

Just start off with the tips

Plus it depends on how your hair is cut to:

if its long :inderneath

short: tips

Best way to color hair pink?

Manic Panic hair dye is usually best. Try 'www.beunique.com' they have all sorts of colours, it'll take better to blonde hair too. It should wash out for when you get back to School [If your off the 6 weeks, same as me] it might still look a bit Pink-ish though. I use the Vampire Red hair dye from Manic Panic and I dyed mine a few weeks ago and now its Orange 'cause its washing out. But pink should be okay.

Happy dying!

Also. If you want to bleach your hair as the person above suggested, leave it at least a week before you dye over the top otherwise the dye wont take to your hair. And bleach also makes your hair straw-like for a few days, but it should get a bit better.

Best way to color hair pink?

Do the under layer,

like Avril Lavigne!

:) Hope this helps,

Mason Lover.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

Someone like this moved in down the street. I dont know what to make of her yet. I will eventually say 'hi' but I amm curious what general ppl think of this.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I was a 30-year-old mom with pink streaks. It's also been orange, blue, purple, black, peroxide white, and Crayola red. Or combinations thereof.

I have a job. I meet with clients. I'm very competent. And I'm a good mom.

Hair's just hair. You can always change it.

What's the big deal?

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

That she died her hair!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I think she should be ashamed of herself because that kind of thing could damage a baby, esp. one who still has the soft spot in their head!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

Sounds odd. But then again it might mean shes FUN and out there like willing to stand out and play.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I would probably think that she is a young mom with a strong personality who doesn't believe in conforming to what society says a mom should look like.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

What difference does the color of her hair matter as long as she is a good mother to her child? You will never know if you don't say hi.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I think she likes pink and I think you are a little odd for checking her out and asking ppl on the web what to think of her rather than just saying hi to your new neighbor. Stop judging ppl over silly things like hair color. If you find out she is sacrificing neighborhood pets or virgins then feel free to judge but if she put pink streaks in her hair get over it.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

People will think she's a flake and will probably feel sorry for her baby.

Maybe the mother will grow up before this impacts her child forever.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I don't think she really needs a baby. What she needs is a Barbie.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I would say that she likes color in her life %26amp; that hair is just hair, no matter the color. Say Hi to her, what could happen? You might become best friends or something.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I think she sounds fun...Does mom have the pink or does baby? Either way it sounds like she has her own ideas and is a fun person...I would like to hang out with her :)

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

all it means is that she is more free than you are! dont judge people with different colored hair! that is rediculous!!!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

So what? I mean, is she a good mom or neglecting her child or what? Does she act weird or does she just have pink streaks in her hair? I think she's fine.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

There ain't nothing wrong with it. Doesn't mean she's a bad mom or nothing. I know that people think stuff like that about me because I have peircings and tattoos and I do not dress like your "average" mom. So give her a chance and see whats up. She may be one of the best people/mothers in the world...you never know!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I really wouldn't care--I'm a "unique" mom myself. I don't conform to what this society expects moms to look or act like. Honestly--what you are feeling is NORMAL. Half the people in here say they wouldn't care--but trust me they do. I get looks all the time! From more then half the people who see me with my son. It's nice for someone just to say "Hi" and introduce themselves without judgment. I can see it in people's eyes if they are being genuine or not. I guess I'm just glad I'm not the only "crazy" mother out there. Best of Luck!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

Self expression can never be a bad thing. Say Hi, you aren't committing to a life long friendship...give her a chance!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

Did she dye the baby's hair pink? Then that's just stupid. Not only is it dumb, but depending on what type of product she used, she could make a baby sick from the fumes of the dye. If she's dyed her OWN hair pink. Then who cares??

I've had fuschia, purple, burgundy, red (and I mean RED) and auburn hair. Since I've been a mom I've had auburn (current color) red with blonde streaks, dark brown, blonde (for a half hour only, yuck) and light brown. It doesn't change how I parent. It doesn't change what my kids think of me. It does make it rather hard to get a decent well paying job with fuschia hair though. If I could have fuschia hair and still keep a good job, I'd do it.

Why conform? Having different colored hair doesn't make me weird, or creepy, or an unfit parent. It just makes me look different, and I like it. So go talk to her, she's probably a pretty cool chick, and you might find that you have something in common with her even if she does have pink hair. =)

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

OK for starters the color of her hair doesn't have anything to do with how good of a mother she will be. She just has a fun personality and doesn't feel she has to look a certain way to be a good mommy. Let her be who she wants to be and just be yourself around her and go talk to her. She may feel kinda out of place and shy in a way and she wants to make friends. So help her. Maybe she has alot more to worry about with being a mom soon and she has alot on her mind. Be kind and please don't be so judgmental.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I'm 31. I have two young children and I'm expecting my third. I have naturally brown hair but dye it dark brown (almost black) with purple and pink stripes through it.

I get compliments everywhere I go. I can't go anywhere without someone telling me how much they like my hair. I've even had older women--older than my own mother--tell me how much they like it and how they wish they could pull it off.

I run a home business and my clients do not seem to mind. I coach cheerleading for 10-12 yr. old girls and none of their parents think anything of it. If they do they don't tell me and most of them have complimented my hair.

Up until last year I also had 17 piercings. But many had to come out because they were annoying me and one was infected. No one thought anything of those either. Again I got a lot of compliments mostly from people telling me they wish they could pull off that same look.

I don't think you should be put off my what color her hair is.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I think what people do to their hair is very personal. You don't dry up and wither away when you have kids. I was in my late 30's when my daughters where in grade school and my hair was coal black on one side and blood red on the other. The kids thought it was cool.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I'd say "Wow cool mom!!!"

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

just because she doesnt look like the normal(whatever that is) people doesnt make her any different...its not what the person looks like that counts its how she is on the inside that does.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I would say hey hat moms got cute hair!!! I really try not to judge people by the way they look. i know i do sometimes but I try my hardest not to!!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

i think that its awesome that she does not have to change the way she expresses herself through dress and hair (assuming shes not hoin) just because she is a mom, everyone doesnt need a minivan and khakis. i'm glad that i'm not your stereotypical mom.

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

She must not work in a professional field... or... rather if she does... what kind of professional IS SHE to have BOTH a child AND pink hair????

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

Well, I guess I don't agree with it, but then again I don't believe parents should have their babies ears pierced either. Some babies when they get tired they pull on their ears. All I see is E.R. visit!!! Or when the kids start school they play at recess, etc. Torn ear lobes!!

Thank Goodness I have BOYS!!!!!

I may be confused.... Does the mom have pink streaks or the baby??? If it IS the mom, then my answer is void, if it is the baby with pink streaks, my answer stands!!!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I don't thin there's anything wrong with it at all. In fact, if I had the money (I spend it all on diapers and baby food now!) I would be doing stuff like that to my hair still. I'm in my early twenties, and I've been dying my hair for somewhere around 7 years now, and so many people judge me right off, just by what color I'm sporting at the moment, no matter that I was an honor roll/dean's list student all through, captain of my flag corps, and very responsible.

No, just cause I had, oh, blue hair (this one only spray in, one of my school colors), or black hair with red streaks (my mom's favorite, actually), there was obviously something wrong with me and I wasn't to be trusted, and I needed someone to follow me around the store to make sure I didn't shoplift, and heaven forbid I try to raise a baby!

My son is seven months old now, and my hair dying has been toned down to only updating the red every month and a half or so.

So I say good on her, for being able to keep up with her own needs as well as the baby's, and for letting her personality shine through!

What would you think if you saw a mid-twenties mom to a baby with pink streaks in her hair?

I would think gee she likes pink :) I really wouldn't have a problem with it at all.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Okay, so I want to color my hair pink. Not all of it, just the under layers, so the top hair will still be my natural hair color (golden brown). Any advice from those of you who have done it (or know someone who did it)? Do's and Don'ts? How to take care of colored hair, etc. Thanx!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

I have dyed my hair various unusual colors ranging from bubble gum pink, bananna yellow and fiery red to plum purple and emerald green. Throughout my haircolor-changing "journey", i have discovered that some ways of dying your hair work better than others. Here's a few tips on how to get started, how to dye, what to use and how to care for your hair:

1. Bleaching

The best way to start is to lighten your hair. Lighter colors such as pink work best on hair bleached to a very light blonde. Darker colors like black, some reds and blues can be done on natural, unbleached hair thats not too dark. The result won't be that intense, but it can still subtly highlight your hair though it won't lighten it.

[The lighter your hair the more intense the result will be.]

2. Choosing The Right Kind of Product

"Crazy colors" only come in semi-permanent dye, which means that it penetrates the hair only slightly. The color starts out intense, but fades as you wash your hair. Usualy, semi-permanent hair dyes last about 6-8 shampoos, but some can last from 25-30 shampoos. So you will probably have to re-dye your hair before the color completely fades (which won't require lightening if youre using the same or a darker color). My favorite line of products is Manic Panic classic cream formula hair dye. It can last for months depending on how often you wash your hair (most people do so about once or twice a week). The reason I favor Manic Panic, is because their products don't damage hair; they actualy moisturize it. Their products are available online, or at Sally's beauty shops.

Check out their colors here:

http://www.manicpanic.com/creamswatch.ht...

See how they look on people, and get tips for individual colors here:

http://www.manicpanic.com/best_of_best.h...

The second page can be useful even if you use another type of product.

3. Before You Get Started

Before you get started, make sure to wash your hair with shampoo, but no conditioner and towel dry it [some people have said it works better when you blow dry your hair, but i don't know whether that's true or not]. Also, wear plastic or rubber gloves, and an old shirt, because it may get stained. If possible get someone to help you with this.

4. Getting Started.

To get started you will need an old toothbrush to apply the cream to your hair. If you don't have one, thats ok too, you can apply the dye directly to your hair, although using a tintbrush or a toothbrush helps distribute the color more evenly. Begin coloring from the bottom strands at the bottom of your hair, working your way up. If you are only dying the bottom, protect the top by clipping it up, away from the part you are coloring. After you're done applying the cream color, comb your hair and keep combing it untill it becomes frothy (foamy).

5. Wait!

With Manic Panic haircolor, you only have to wait about 15 minutes for the color to sink in, but the longer you wait the better the results. About 30 minutes to an hour always works for me, but others have let it stay for 4-6 hours (might not be necessary). If you want the color to be more intense and last longer, use heat on your hair, such as from a blow dryer. Set it on low power and on hot if these settings are available. You may also place a shower cap or plastic bag on your hair if you wish.

6. Wash

This part might be a little tricky since you are dying only the bottom part of your hair. Make sure the uncolored part stays up untill you wash out the colored part (the water has to run completely clear). I suggest that you get someone to help you with this one.

If you want to make your color last longer, pour a vineger and water mix on your hair immediately after rinsing (equal parts water and vinegar) and comb thorougly. Rinse it out with warm water.

7. Enjoy

Enjoy your new pink hair! Style it as usual, but remember that hair products such as hair spray, mousse, gel , etc. promote fading.

8. Other Things You Might Need to Know (some repeats)

-Like i mentioned, hair products make your hair fade faster, so try not to use them much when possible.

-Washing hair in cold or cooler water helps keep hair from fading.

-Color will gradually fade, so it will become less intense as you wash your hair. You may need to color it again before it washes out completely.

-About people saying this is crazy, don't listen to them! Some people are boring, others are a little more adventourous. Your pink hair will deffinitely turn heads, and get your lots of positive comments, compliments and attention. Sure, I've had people stare and give me weird looks, but I think its funny, not annoying. All I can say is, go for it and good luck!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

good luck...

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

your crazy. thats my advice

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Well, I think you should go for it. Make sure you use the shampoo that is specifically designed for people with colored/dyed hair.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Don't do it. It'll look awful.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Good Luck to you i wish you the best

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

change yo avatar to pink hair so it matches but only color it if you feel like it dont let anyone stop you or push you to doin it but i dont know how to take care of it so good luck

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

am SERIOSLY GIRL DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

You should have the pink on top so it is visible. I don't think you are coloring it pink for only you to see. Get a good shampoo for color treated hair.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

My advice is that it's a dumb idea.. IMO. Why do you want to stand out so much. You will have people staring at you then you will get mad b/c they are staring at you.. and you have no reason to be mad! People are going to stare, IT'S PINK for crying out loud it's a bright color and that will stand out to people. There I've said my peace.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

unlike some of these crazy kids above, i think it will look great...i dyed my hair almost the same way, and its even better than i thought it would look. good luck!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

yeah, i got pink highlights. i thought it looked really good, different, but good. anyway, i usually washed it with cold water and used garnier fructis for colored hair. that helped keep it silky, shiny, and strong. good luck! :)

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

I did that. My advice............use the TEMPORARY pink color first !!! It's in any store like Walmart, etc. it washes out after ONE shampoo. So, experiment with exactly where you want the color. And you can see exactly how it will look when you get it permanent.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

good luck....

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

I have been wanting to do that too! Let me know how it turns out so I can do it..lol

Try dying it with the washout one first, make sure ur gonna like it! If you do then go with a permanent colour! If ya dont like it u dont have to worry about redying it, you could just wash it out!

good luck

have a good night!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

go ahead, then put a green stripe down the middle.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

I'm sure there is plenty of pink down there already.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

WELL FIRST U HAVE TO BLEACH THE PART OF YOUR HAIR THAT U WANT PINK, THEN WHEN ITS BLONDE U PUT THE PINK DYE IN BECAUSE THE PINK DYE IS SEMI-PERMANENT U WILL NEED TO KEEPIT IN FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 HRS.. THE LONGER U LEAVE IT ON THE LONGER IT WILL LAST WITHOUT FADING... WHEN U R ABOUT TO WASH IT OUT BLOW DRY UR HAIR WITH THE DYE TO SINK IT IN.. THEN QUICKLY RINSE IT OUT AND SHAMPOO EVERY OTHER DAY OR SO BUT CONDITIONER EVERYDAY.... AND VOILLA U HAVE PINK HAIR..

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

if your gonna color your hair pink, then tell your parents if it's okay and try to research about it, maybe it coud damage your hair. And if your still in school, I have good advice don't color your hair because a lot of schools has a rule like "don't color your hair".

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Eh, don't do it.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

DONT DO IT!!!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

DO It..Good Luck Hun :) .. .. ..

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

dont, pink is horrible!!

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

get it done professionally.

you want to look punk, not punked.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Yes, after you do it, see if you can get a job with the circus. No one else will hire you.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Do Don't

not do it. do it.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Well, the answer left by "don't hate me cuz u aint me" is pretty good. The only thing I can add is to try to have the bleached part as white as possible. If it's really yellow, the pink will come out a little orange.

Just in case you haven't decided on a brand of dye yet, Special Effects is great. And they have a few pinks to choose from. The bottom layer of my hair is still bright pink, 4 months after dyeing it "Atomic Pink".

You can see pictures at this website: http://www.amphigory.com/special_effects...

(click on the name of the color to see some pictures)

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

This is actually very much in style, I am a hairstylist and have done this a couple of times on younger clients. The question is how long do u want it to last? temporary color will wash out and maybe u should start with that just to get the idea of if u will like it. Then u can step up to a demi color which will last a little longer. Most of the time, if ur hair is darker than blonde it wont show up that well, for those I prelighten a few shades then apply color, just dont prelighten too much cuz it can stain the hair and it would be stained into the hairshaft. very hard to remove...

to get back to ur natural color after the pink phase gets old, u can apply a demi permanent color close to ur natural (always pick a shade lighter as it will go a little darker) all the new semi and demi colors now are very conditioning to the hair and do not contain peroxide, steer clear of permanent colors, they have to grow off or be lightened with bleach if u dont like the results.

Use a shampoo for colored hair, it will make the color last and be more vibrant. Make sure u use conditioner too, depending on how u style ur hair will depend on that. A good spray on leave in conditioner is good, like Healthy Hair by Sexy Hair, it has soy milk and leaves hair soft but not weighed down.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

Awesome, I think it will look pretty cool. Just watch out and use treatments to keep your colour. Real electric coloured hair like that usually fades.. so mmmhmmm. oh yeah, bleached hair is a pain... if you wanted to dye it black afterwards or something.. the bleached parts will ALWAYS show. its so annoying.. well good luck.

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

i think you should stay to the reg

blonde black red brown

but watever floats your boat

I'M GoING To CoLoR mY hAiR PiNk. AnY aDvIcE?

my advice : don't do it....that sounds like it would look hideous...

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

is a sign of rebellion? Or do you just take it to mean that the person with dyed hair just likes that color?

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

It can be taken differently by different people. I had a reputation for being very nice, quiet, polite girl when I dyed my hair a wild colour (orangey-red) and it certainly changed how people saw me but mostly positively. People started to assume that I was more interesting, but it didn't change their general impression of me. I had little old ladies, housewives, and small kids come up to me and tell me how much they liked my hair.

I don't think that it has to be a sign of rebellion if you don't make it. Certainly, people who don't know you might perceive you as a rebel, but of the people who do, people can be more accepting that you might think. Of course, this can depend on your social circumstances, sex (maybe it's less acceptable for a guy), race, religion, or whether your body is also covered with tattoos or piercings. It's definitely a non-conformist act, but not necessarily rebellious. As for your question, I don't think anyone takes it that "you just like that colour" because it's so unusual, but it's got to be one of the greatest conversation starters!

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

Not necessarily. It could, but it doesn't always.

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

i think it's fine.

it's just fun to try different things with hair!!!!! you can do so much and afterall...it is just hair!

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

I would just assume that that person likes that color. I'm not a judgmental person though.

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

Rebellion because I like blue more then anything and I don't have blue hair. It's rebellion or just wanting to stand out and look different.

I never really thought it was attractive, whatever the reason.

I work near RISDI (Rhode Island School of Design) and everyone.....well, almost everyone, has either pink, purple, yellow, magenta, green, and blue hair. Is it rebellion? Uhhhh, not sure, but I think they just dig how it looks on them. Anyway, it has become a rareity to actually see someone with their natural color!

not necessarily you should do What you want no matter what other people say. and also if your happy with the color your friends should support you : )

I think it could be a lot of things: a form of self-expression, a cry for attention, an act of rebellion etc. It all depends on the person. I had blue hair as a teenager and did it cause I wanted to be different. Each person is different. My daughter is allowed to do whatever she wants with her hair, it's not my hair. She has chosen to just wear it long with highlights but, if she wanted to dye it some off-color, I wouldn't care.

Rebellion pure and simple.

No one looks their best with hair that's blue, purple, or any other color only found in a Crayola box. They look like a freak. That's fine if you want that, but don't get mad when other people don't take you seriously.

i think a person who does that jst likes that particular color and is a little eccentric. sometimes tho people do do it as a sign or rebellion or the type of music they listen to...they believe it shows who they are inside/their personality. but personally i believe it ruins peoples hair--wear the color-dont dye your hair with it. especially girls....

My opinion wuold be that people would judge you the wrong way and will never look at you the same, but not in a bad way.

Depends on the person-either way you are looking for attention- just as a brunett wants to be blonde. All women or girls have choices these days if born with a color they dont like change it.

The maintenance on a vivid color is a lot and can be damaging to the hair because colors like this slip out of the hair easily due to you hair being porus and dry from the chemicals used to obtain the color.

If you are wanting to try it first I would recomend you using the colored clipped hair extentions first to see if you like it and you can buy them in all different colors to match outfits and stuff. You can get them at your local beauty supply store open to the public like Sally's

They like that color or just want to see what it looks like. I wouldn't say its rebellion. Plus, ya gotta do something like that once in your life.

Do you think that dyeing your hair an unusual color (like pink or blue)...?

Not necissarily. Just because you want to dye your hair another bright color doesn't always have to mean that you are a rebel.

I personally think that people dye their hair bright colors because they like it. But, I can always be wrong-the person could be a rebel.

It's really your own choice-and unless you ask someone with dyed bright colored hair if they are being rebel or if they just like the color, you will never know.

i think its fine..just the way someone want to express themselves..or expresses their fascination for that color... but yeah pink n blue highlights wid a lot of attitude could make one b labelled a rebel!
