My hair is dyed a light beige blonde right now. Should I go really light cotton candy pink? I would be using SFX Atomic pink diluted to a light cotton candy pink. Also, should I use a bleaching kit, or just dye my roots and dye over the color I have right now?

no because your skin already looks a little pink and if your hair is light pink it will make your skin look red

you should leave it though...your cute enough....if anything make it temporary so if you dont like it you can wash it out

Are you looking for the look of Lucy from Elfen Lied? You know what, although it might not be a good idea, I say, WHY NOT!!! It might look cute. But you won't look horrible at all, trust me.
