Another pink hair question-- Good Hair salon in utah?

so I have been wanted to put pink highlights in my hair for AGES (five years, to be exact) and I have been looking around at pink hair dye, and the only I have found is Semi-Permanent, I want Permanent, but do they even make pink in permanent? I have decided to go to a salon instead of doing it at home myself, because I am really scared I'll mess up and look like I belong in the circus. If I go to a salon 1) will they have the color pink avalable and 2) will it be perm? Also, can any one recamend a good hair salon in the davis county area that isn't going to kill my wallet?

You wont be able to find one in perm.. you'll have to go with semi. Getting it done at a salon is probably the better idea. Too bad you dont live in Fla, I'd have a GREAT hairdresser to recommend.. lol. She did mine with pinkish-red streaks.
