the spray stuff MIGHT work..but it probably wont. wig would probably be your best choice if you dont want to damage your hair.
if you dont mind bleaching your hair very blonde and dying it pink with a special effects hair dye..you can try that..but i really wouldnt do that.

The only way to do it right is permanant. bleach your hair and then get flamingo pink hair dye. The only way temp will work is if you dont wash it out. In that case, I'd use pink koolaid or those liquid brush-on colors that make your hair gooey, but will paint it any color.
