My hair is platinum blonde and really damaged through the bangs. only my bangs and around my face are dyed pink. it has been dyed over and over, with semi-permanent hot pink hair dye.
any suggestions on how to get it out without going bald?

without bleaching it, it might be pretty hard. apparently red/pink isn't easy to get out of your hair. try going to a beauty supply store and asking if they have something that's specifically made to get red tones out of your hair. sorry, i forget the exact product name, but my friend has used it before and it worked.

Colour stripper would probably be best, but depending on the hair dye used some can be faded quicker using anti-dandruff shampoos or rinsing the hair in hot water (not scalding, just hot). If you look in our help section there is some more hints for fading your hair dye.
