really, to enhance the brightest color u r trying to achieve then u have to bleach that part of your hair, manic panic is great from sally's or the internet, also i ran across a brand called fudge it looks really cool, i want to try it but havent, buti used the manic panic midnight blue or something on my hair which was jet black highlighting it to a dark blue,it was funky, i loved it, it stayed in for almost a year, and it was a rinse, but i guess b/c i got my hair weaved which limited the washing to my real hair, but i still liked it
