HELP! I went to get my hair done today and I thought he was going to put in a mild pink but he put HOT pink streaks in.

well, i just got a blue streak in my hair a few weeks ago and had to take it out for a concert i was performing in.

my hair dresser suggested to make a little paste containing shampoo, preferably a cheap brand, and baking soda. work it into the hair just like you were washing it and leave it in for several minutes. then rinse with warm water and repeat a couple of times. it takes out the initial coloring and lightens it. if you got other parts of your hair dyed a color other than the pink, dont apply the paste to your whole head. i had to pull the strands with blue through a shower cap and apply the paste to just that section.

i also washed it a lot after i got it done, that seemed to help some too. although it doesnt fully disappear, it does lighten.
