My daughter used bleach twice already, then tried mixing some bleach with shampoo, but she still has some pink left. go get her hair stripped. Thats what you should have done in the first place. You can also buy shampoo that strips hair at a beauty supply store. Bleaching it permanently damages it.

In the salon, we would just use more bleach. That, a good haircut, or coloring over it. However, I wouldn't recommend doing that at home. Due to the poor condition of her hair, the results could be catastrophic. Best wishes.
