I need help with selecting the best clothes colours for workwear, as well as practical (not economical) ideas on how to mix and match clothing that's suitable for different seasons of the year.

i think that as a base piece, you should get a basic suit, maybe black or gray, of course. you should get some button downs, maybe one in baby blue. i think that that always looks good with a gray suit. maybe a yellow shirt. i think that it would bring out your eyes. i'm not sure if i can be a good help with your color situation, but you need some great simple pieces that can be mixed and matched. hopefully i can help a little! good luck.

Greys, blacks, browns and dark blues as your base. Greens will go good with the red undertones, and your eyes. Brown will go well with your hair. The shades depends on your skin tone (how pale/dark you are).

I have a co-worker just like that. Go for medium shades in all colors. Going either too light or too dark is going to make you look pale. Try sapphire blue, lighter shades of brown and deeper shades of creams. Forest green. Blue pinstripes should be okay. Don't wear black jackets or tops. Go for silver gray, wine, russet, even khaki with dark trims. If you like pastels try to find something with darker shades at the collar so it won't wash out you skin tone.
