I Was shocked but considered it but don't know whether i should.

Maybe you should get that spray on stuff, that way you can see how it looks and what other parents think of it, and if she will get bored of it. Then, if you decide it's a good idea you can dye it and if you decide that it's not a very good idea, she can take a bath or shower and it will come out. Personally, I think it's just a phase. You can go to any local beauty store and buy the kind that you spray on. It washes out, so if your going somewhere where it wouldn't be appropriate for pink streaks she can get it out, I think that it would be really cute.
