It depends on where you live if you want to get them professionally done...

But you can go to a beauty supply store (like Sally's) and buy the bleach (if you have darker hair) and the pink there. You can also usually find the stuff at the mall (hot topic usually has it) or online.

Oh, you can do them yourself or with the help of a friend. All the stuff you need you can find at places like Sally Beauty Supply, I did some streaks a friend of my daughter. She showed me where she wanted them so we bleached her hair strands then colored it with the stuff we bought at Sallys. It was easy!
