What kind of Neon Pink/Hot pink hair dye should I use?

I just tried Beyond the Zone in Party Time Pink and it didn't work. I was thinking about trying to dye it with Manic Panic in Hot Hot Pink.

my hair is light brown.

It's basically trial and error.

If Manic Panic doesn't work, I'd suggest trying a Special Effects next.

How long it stays in does last on how much you wash your hair - its bound to come out sooner if you wash your hair every day rather than twice a week.

You could even try to mix the leftover dye with your conditioner.

I would go with manic panic ... I haven't used it but i heard from a lot of people that it works good... But if your hair is light brown you might want to bleach the color before you dye it for better results

u might have to bleach ur hair first since its light brown for the color to really show and Hot Topic has good hair dyes (if u have that store where u live??)

Special effects works wayyy better than manic panic. Special effects color is really vibrant and its also really true to its color. A lot of my friends use special effects and have had excellent results, and Ive heard a ton of good reveiws. They sell it for like $12 at hot topic, and it lasts a pretty long time (about a month or two, sometimes even more!) and takes forever to fade. Id get the atomic pink, it turns out like a really bright hot pink.

Manic panic colors dont usually look like what it says on the bottle, it usually turns out lighter pink(like a salmon pink) and it fades pretty fast. It costs about the same as special effects, so id just get more for my money and get the special effects dye :D

Be sure to bleach your hair first though, or it wont turn out as bright/neonish!

my suggestion is bleach yr hair first thann do it over top.
