i do not want to go to sallys or hot topic...lol...im justs gonna ride my bike to get thr....but i rlly want to dye my hair pink and blue and i alrede have red but its lke fading out...so pspssssplsplslpslplps help!!!!. i seriously need it..cuz me and my frend r going to cvs tom and i dnt think they have it cuz i alrede looked at the cvs.com and they dnt have it...so ya

Well, Hottopic is really your best bet for cheap dye. Otherwise you can call around to salons to see if they do neon colors in hair, and get it done there, even though it will cost a ton there.
