Bleach your hair and use koolaid or buy some temporary colored spray...that's really messy though, it gets all over your clothes and face if you have long hair!

A long time ago friends and I used to use Kool-Ade to dye hair. Not sure how well it worked, mine didn't work too well because I have pretty dark hair. If you have lighter hair it might work though. And it washes out when you shower. Not sure on the details, might want to research it on yahoo.
