Help hair dye!pink hair!parents ugh?

I have dirty blonde light blonde hair and I want pink streaks and/or coon tail(s). My parents wont let me dye my hair, so I would have to get fake ones(estentions). I live in Palm Beach Gardes, Florida. If anyone could tell me where I could purchase them it would be greatly appreciated. :] PLEASE HELP :]
