Hey there. :) It's going to be hard to find pink extensions, but go to a sally's, buy 100% real hair extensions and then you can dye them pink by buying the hair dye. If you want to try temporary streaks in your own hair, I recommend Manic Panic Classic Cream Formula. They've got the most outrageous colors that wash out a little more every time you do it. Generally last about two weeks, sometimes shorter sometimes longer. Really easy to use as well. Have fun!

A beauty supply store. By the looks of yur picture, you have dark hair. My daughter has streaks in her hair, its been blue, green, pink, and purple, however, since she has dark hair, she had to bleach the strips she wanted colored. The turn out is very nice, but just start basic and good luck!
