you can get semi permanant pink but it does fade out.

try goth shops or bigger superdrug stores.

there is no such thing as a permanent pink haircolour, if you want yours to be permanent then mix it with 20vol developer (peroxide) which will carry the colour into each hairshaft- but PLEASE make sure that you want permanently pink hair before you do it or otherwise you may be back here in a few months time asking us to advise you on how to get it out.
