I think that it is wonderful that a person can colour their hair such wild colours and would wonder what they are like. These days it is not necessarily an act to get attention, more like a flare for being different (even though others are doing the same thing). It is a new culture, awareness that who you are inside can be expressed on the outside. Pink or purple hair would indicate to me a zest for living, a passion for fun and possibly a work of art. You can never judge a book by its cover or a person by his/her hair colour.
