Hot Topic has Raw and some Manic Panic, Sally's Beauty Supply has a lot of different unnatural color brands, and if you can't get to either of those L'Oreal makes a product called "Color Rays" that comes in a Fuschia shade, but that's the only real unnatural color available at the drugstore. look for a beauty supply store that carries special fx hair color. they have a ton of colors that really last.

fudge haircolor is pretty good too.

Just make sure that they don't require you to have a license in order to purchase things from them! I don't think that Sally's does, but I've heard of other places that don't let you in the door unless you have a proper license!

Get Special Effects Hair dye. It lasts soooo much longer than Manic Panic. Because these are vegetable based dyes they are only temporary....currently a permanent unnatural color dye doesn't exist....sad, I know! If you really want the color to last go with pink..it will last much longer than the blue because of the pigment used in the dye.

You can buy it at Sally's, Hot Topic, and eBay!.

And you don't need a license to buy from Sally's.
